We specialize in technical electronic components and subsystems, selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) both directly and through electronic distributors.

We penetrate major customers at the Purchasing, Engineering and Management levels, including competitive analysis and written profiles of each major customer.

We are a "managed" rep firm. We employ seven people to supervise and assist our regular field sales engineers who have the responsibility of calling on all customers (no customer is reserved for any of these managers).

We back our salespeople with adequate inside personnel to permit an extraordinary amount of time to be directed toward first obtaining, and then servicing customer purchase orders.

We are one of the few firms in the country who reinvest income from our principals back into the business on a regular and consistent basis. Over the years, our sales growth has exceeded that of many of the principals we represent.

We have pioneered in the area of sales personnel compensation, and reportedly have developed one of the finest written compensation plans in the electronic rep industry. In essence, we pass on to our salespeople an incentive similar to that employed by our principals. Our method has caused us to develop a sales team of great longevity in the Whitesell marketplace.
